Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed – Saginaw, MI
MyMichigan Medical Oncology & Hematology, 4599 Towne Centre Rd, Saginaw, MI 48604
MyMichigan Health is seeking a Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician for recurring 2-week rotations at their Saginaw clinic. This is a fully outpatient role with after-hours phone call coverage for established patients.
📅 Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Rotating 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Candidates must be available for all dates listed below.

- April 13 – April 27
- May 11 – May 25
- June 8 – June 22
- July 13 – July 27
- August 10 – August 24
- September 8 – September 21
- October 5 – October 19
- November 2 – November 16
- November 30 – December 14
Daily Schedule
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Outpatient visits)
- After-Hours Call (Phone Only): 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Established patients)
- Weekend Call: Phone-only for established patients

- Setting: Outpatient Oncology & Hematology (No inpatient work)
- Surgeries/Procedures: None required
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants
- EMR: EPIC
- Dictation: Dragon

- 24 Hematology cases
- 24 Medical Oncology cases
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient Hematology/Oncology evaluations
- Manage follow-up patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Provide telephone call coverage after hours and on weekends
- Coordinate care with clinic staff and support teams
- Utilize EPIC & Dragon for documentation
🎓 Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in both Hematology & Medical Oncology
- BLS Certification
- IMLC Accepted: Yes
- Credentialing: ~30 days (prioritized by start date)
