Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: this is listed for internal purposes; actual salary discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division.
- Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line, guiding systemwide cancer care strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of more than 40 physicians, supporting academic development and research initiatives.
- Oversee clinical programs, research, and academic growth within hematology and oncology services.
- Collaborate with hospital and academic partners to expand oncology services and clinical trials.
- Maintain clinical practice (~25%) providing direct patient care.
- Support multidisciplinary collaboration and innovative care models across multiple hospital sites.
- Engage in faculty development, graduate medical education, and fellowship programs.
What You Need:
- MD or DO with completed Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Michigan medical license or eligibility
- Minimum of 5+ years’ leadership experience in an academic or large health system setting
- Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Proven experience in overseeing faculty, clinical, and research operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
