Job description
A leading regional health system in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a nationally recognized Cancer Care Center. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary up to $675,000 plus performance-based incentives

$50,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule and Call

Position Overview
The Hematology/Oncology physician will provide comprehensive care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care, supported by a team of experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care

Diagnose and manage hematologic disorders and solid tumors

Develop individualized treatment plans in a multidisciplinary environment

Participate in shared call coverage

Provide occasional outreach at satellite clinic locations
-
Engage in tumor boards and case conferences
-
Contribute to program growth and development
-
Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents

Engage in clinical research opportunities
Qualifications
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
-
MD or DO from an accredited institution
-
Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship
-
Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan
-
Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Interest in teaching and/or research preferred
