Locum Tenens Opportunity – Hematology / Medical Oncology Provider
We are seeking a qualified Hematology/Medical Oncology provider for a locum tenens assignment with a structured outpatient schedule and light call responsibilities.
Practice Setting
Outpatient clinic with established patient base. No surgeries or procedures required.
Clinic & Call Coverage

Outpatient Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

After-Hours Phone Call: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM for established patients only

Weekend Call: Phone call coverage only for established patients

Medical Assistants in practice
EMR / Documentation

EPIC

Dragon dictation
Case Log Requirements
-
24 patients with illnesses related to Hematology within the past 12 months
-
24 patients with illnesses related to Medical Oncology within the past 12 months

Qualifications
Minimum education: Doctor of Medicine
Years of work experience:
1 year(s)
Required experience, training, and certifications:
BC/BE - Must be board certified in both Hematology & Medical Oncology
BLS
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
Will consider IMLC
Working Hours
Monday – Friday clinic schedule
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Clinic, Call, or Both:
Outpatient Clinic Visits 8a-4:30p
After Hours Phone Call 4:30p-8a for Established Patients
After Hours Call/Phone Only 4:30p-8a for Established Patients Weekend Call/Phone OnlyPlease submit providers who can work the following blocks:
