Job description • Seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to provide specialized care within a Hematology & Oncology program.
• The provider will diagnose and treat patients with blood disorders and various types of cancer.
• This role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, chemotherapy management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology care teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose hematologic disorders and oncologic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer and blood disorders
• Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
• Monitor patient response to treatment and manage side effects or complications
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding treatment options and prognosis
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
