Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology patient care
- Diagnose and manage solid tumor oncology cases and hematologic conditions
- Evaluate new oncology referrals and initiate treatment plans
- Collaborate with radiation oncology and multidisciplinary cancer teams
- Manage inpatient consults when patients require hospital admission for chemotherapy
- Participate in rotating call coverage
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care management
- Maintain high standards for oncology patient care and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Active Oregon Medical License required
- DEA License
- Current NPDB Self-Query
- CAQH profile with login credentials
- Clean professional background and malpractice history preferred
- Eligibility for medical staff privileges

Working Hours
- 4β5 days per week
- 8:30 AM β 4:30 PM
- Administrative day or half-day available if needed
- Rotating call schedule (1:4) including one weekend per month
