Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology patient care
• Diagnose and manage solid tumor oncology cases and hematologic conditions
• Evaluate new oncology referrals and initiate treatment plans
• Collaborate with radiation oncology and multidisciplinary cancer teams
• Manage inpatient consults when patients require hospital admission for chemotherapy
• Participate in rotating call coverage
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care management
• Maintain high standards for oncology patient care and treatment outcomes

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Active Oregon Medical License required
• DEA License
• Current NPDB Self-Query
• CAQH profile with login credentials
• Clean professional background and malpractice history preferred
• Eligibility for medical staff privileges

Working Hours
