Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Greeley, CO
Position Details
Full-time Hematology/Oncology physician
Established practice with three physicians and three APPs
Focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology
Flexible four-day work week
Minimal call shared among 15 clinicians
Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
Active involvement in clinical research initiatives
Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates
Not accepting visa candidates
Clinical Responsibilities
Manage all forms of cancer with emphasis on breast and gynecologic oncology
Provide comprehensive, high-quality oncologic and hematologic care
Collaborate closely with surgical oncology and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in high-level tumor boards
Contribute to and engage in breast cancer clinical research
Utilize EPIC EMR for system-wide patient management
Stay current with emerging therapies and technologies
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $489,000 – $543,000 plus potential quality/productivity bonus

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Hematology and Oncology
Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice and license history preferred
Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days) required at presentation
DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start)
Commitment to collaborative, research-driven oncology care
