Overview:
* Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join an established, high-performing cancer care team in Colorado Springs, CO.
* Primary practice based in Colorado Springs with dedicated rural outreach.
* Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinic settings.
* Established group of 12 physicians and 8 APPs with strong multidisciplinary support including nurse navigators and social workers.
* EPIC EMR system-wide.
* Flexible four-day work week model.
* Limited shared call responsibilities within the group.
* Opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth within an academically anchored health system.
Rural Outreach Component:
* Approximately 6 days per month providing care in Lamar, CO and Trinidad, CO.
* Travel required (approximately 2–3 hours from Colorado Springs).
* Strong focus on expanding access to oncology care for rural and underserved communities.

Position Offers:
* Base salary: $489,000–$543,000 annually.
* Eligibility for quality and/or productivity bonuses.

Requirements:
* Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
* Eligible for Colorado medical license.
* DEA certification.
* Willingness to provide rural outreach approximately 6 days per month.
* BLS certification Estimated pay range/amount is $489,000–$543,000.
