• Private group practice with 22 Physicians (including bench physicians) and 37 Advanced Practice Providers
• Several openings available (growth and upcoming retirement openings)
• Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5pm. Group is flexible with possible 4-day work week as well.
• 2-year partnership track with outstanding income potential
• Initial base salary range will be up to $525,000 range (negotiable) plus full benefits and sign-on bonus.
• Call shared equally and program is setup where one doctor is on call, but PA/NPs are on the front-line doing admits. This program has significantly reduced the burden of call.
• EMR is Onco EMR (Oncology based EMR system)
• 6 weeks of PTO plus 5K annually for CME. 100% of health insurance premium paid.
• Doctors all share some outreach work doing this 2-4 times per month.
• Metro area with 559,000 population right in the city and 750,000 in 5 county surrounding area.

• Group is affiliated with 2 area hospitals and has 21 outreach clinics in Central Iowa (most within an hour drive). Each doctor does outreach one day per week usually.
• Group is doing extensive clinical trials as well as non-profit/research trials.
