10 Physicians + 8 APPs in practice

Credentialing timeframe: ~130 days
Job Responsibilities
No Internal Medicine
Hospital consults (~10 patients/day)
Outpatient clinic (~15 patients/day)
Participate in weekend & night call
Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team
Qualifications
Active Connecticut license at submission – REQUIRED (no exceptions)
NPDB Self-Query (within same month) – Required
Local candidates highly preferred (no flights)
Clean malpractice history
Working Hours
