We are seeking 1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in beautiful Santa Cruz, California starting March 2026 (pending credentialing).

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a modern outpatient cancer center with integrated infusion services, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team. The facility is open to long-term fit β€” with potential for ongoing engagement if mutually beneficial.

  • πŸ—“ Ideal Start: March 2026

  • ⏰ Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • πŸ“† Full-Time: 5 days per week

  • πŸ“… Part-Time: 2–3 days per week

  • πŸ‘₯ 13–18 patients per day

  • πŸ“Œ No emergency privileges

  • 15 private infusion bays in co-located infusion center

  • 17-bed inpatient oncology unit

  • Daily multidisciplinary rounds

  • Rapid diagnosis clinic

  • Two radiation centers

  • Comprehensive survivorship & supportive care programs

  • EMR: Cerner

  • Provide expert hematology and medical oncology care

  • Utilize integrated infusion services for treatment delivery

  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

  • Support patients from diagnosis through survivorship

βœ… Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Medical Oncology (Highly Preferred; BE considered)

  • Board Certified Hematology (Highly Preferred; BE considered)

  • Completion of accredited post-graduate training

  • Active California License (Required)

  • Active BLS & DEA

  • Clean malpractice/background

  • Self-Query NPDB (dated within 30 days of presentation)
