Medical Center Redding is seeking a Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide outpatient oncology care and oversee chemotherapy and infusion services in a hospital setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Manage diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning
• Provide hospital consults with call coverage
• Collaborate with ER physicians and hospitalists
• Oversee infusion center clinical operations
Qualifications
• Active California medical license (Required)
• Fellowship trained (Required)
• Active DEA (Required)
• NPDB Self-Query within 30 days (Required)
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No routine weekends
Skills
• Chemotherapy and infusion oversight
• Hematology case management
• Precision medicine and symptom management
• EMR: iKnowMed and Cerner
