We are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide exceptional outpatient care in a dynamic clinical setting. Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Recent patient-facing clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Meditech preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in solo provider outpatient settings
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows
- Previous experience supporting a multi-physician team
- Additional certifications in related specialties or procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology
- 2+ years of recent clinical practice in outpatient settings
- Prior experience in a similar practice environment preferred
Other Requirements:
- Active medical license and valid credentials
- Availability to start on or before 04/27/2026
- Willingness to work 3-5 days per week, with flexible scheduling
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to support approximately 15 patients per day, with low-volume patient flow (~3 days/week coverage)
- No call responsibilities required
- Practice setting involves a 60/40 split of Hematology and Oncology cases
- Practice hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, day shift
- Travel and licensing reimbursements provided where applicable
