Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
  • Recent patient-facing clinical experience
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (Meditech preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting staff with APP support
  • Prior outpatient clinic experience
  • Familiarity with low-volume solo practice settings
  • Additional certifications in related specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Active medical license in relevant state(s)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-certification clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start promptly by April 27, 2026
  • Day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday
  • Contract duration of 12 months (with flexible scheduling)
  • Support for approximately 3 days/week of patient coverage (~15 patients/day)
  • Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $479.70
