Job at a glance
Job description
Practice Hematology/Oncology in an environment where physicians are supported to do what they do best—care for patients, lead clinically, and build lasting careers without administrative overload.
Join a collaborative team of six experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians within a well-established outpatient network featuring three fully staffed infusion centers. This practice is intentionally designed to combine high-quality cancer care with strong operational support, allowing physicians to focus on medicine rather than logistics.
Why This Role Stands Out
Physician-Led & Collaborative: Work within a true physician-led model where clinical workflows, care standards, and program development are shaped by the physicians delivering the care
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Dedicated teams manage care coordination, nursing, infusion services, and operational workflows—significantly reducing non-clinical burden
Mentorship & Career Development: Structured mentorship for early-career physicians and meaningful leadership opportunities for experienced oncologists interested in program growth
Balanced Lifestyle: Located in Central Connecticut, offering a strong quality of life with convenient access to both Boston and New York City
