Position Overview:
As a Hematology/Oncology Physician at our Harmony Campus, you will be integral to a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering world-class treatment for patients with a broad spectrum of hematological and oncological conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other hematologic disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients across the spectrum of hematological and oncological diagnoses.
- Collaborate closely with a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, clinical research initiatives, and the adoption of emerging treatment modalities.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation, care coordination, and compliance.
- Provide consultative services, second opinions, and complex case management.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in oncology and hematology.
- Support a work schedule with minimal call responsibilities, shared across a large clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Colorado.
- Support for visa candidates is available.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive annual salary ranging from $489,000 to $543,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on quality and productivity metrics.

Hourly compensation of $19.50, commensurate with experience.
