Hematology/Oncology Physician | Fort Collins, CO
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a highly collaborative and innovative cancer care team. This permanent opportunity focuses on delivering comprehensive oncology and hematology care while supporting clinical research and advanced treatment initiatives.
Practice Setting:

Established, disease-focused oncology practice

Collaborative team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff

Strong care coordination with nurse navigators and care managers
-
System-wide Epic EMR
-
Emphasis on clinical research, emerging therapies, and multidisciplinary cancer care
Clinical Responsibilities:
-
Provide comprehensive care for patients with cancer and hematologic disorders including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
-
Develop treatment plans, provide consultations, and offer second opinions for complex oncology cases

Participate in clinical research and evidence-based treatment advancements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Schedule & Call:
-
Minimal call responsibilities shared among a large team of clinicians and hospitalists
Qualifications:
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within five years of residency) in Hematology and Oncology

Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
-
DEA required prior to start
-
Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred

NPDB self-query report dated within 30 days required at presentation

Visa sponsorship available
