Full-time permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician opportunity in Northern Colorado — a well-established and growing oncology practice with a strong focus on Breast Oncology and Gynecologic Medical Oncology. Four-day work week, minimal call, and visa support available.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency) — no exceptions
• Active Colorado license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (must obtain prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
• NPDB Self-Query within 30 days at submission
• Visa support available (J1 or H1B — note at submission)
