Job description
Baptist Health Hardin is seeking a Hematology / Oncology physician for consistent locums coverage due to increased patient volume.
Schedule

1 week per month (Monday–Monday preferred, 2nd week of each month)

Clinic hours: 8a–5p
-
Night + weekend call included (mostly phone-based, rarely returns onsite)
-
7 shifts per month
-
Single-locum model (no rotating coverage)
Practice Details

Outpatient-focused clinic

Max 15 patients/day
-
30 min new visits / 15 min follow-ups
-
New hematology consults + follow-up of stable hem/onc patients
-
No acute leukemia or sickle cell patients

Full privileges

Infusion and chemo support on site
Requirements
-
MD/DO
-
Completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship
-
BC in Medical Oncology or Hematology
-
KY license or IMLC preferred
-
BLS, ACLS, DEA

Epic experience
Compensation
