Call Requirements:
- 1:6 weekend call (Friday 12PM – Monday 8AM)
- Nurse Practitioners take first call
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient and inpatient oncology practice
- Integrated health system with 350+ physicians across 80+ specialties
- Service area of ~450,000 patients (MO, KS, OK, AR)
- On-site lab and board-certified Oncology Pharmacist
EMR:
- Epic (go-live October 2026)
Clinical Role Details
- Join a team of 5 Oncologists and 1 Radiation Oncologist
- Busy, established practice in an area of high need
- Opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient care
- Competitive one-year guaranteed salary, then wRVU production model with no cap
