This healthcare facility is a well-respected regional medical center serving the Delmarva Peninsula community with comprehensive cancer care services. The facility provides state-of-the-art treatment in a supportive environment, focusing on patient-centered care and innovative oncology services across multiple locations.
Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology
Job Details:
• Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule with no call and no weekends
• Outpatient only practice seeing 16-20 patient encounters per shift
• Split between locations in Salisbury, MD and Seaford, DE (approximately 30 minutes apart)
• Will need license and credentialing in both Maryland and Delaware states
• Preference given to candidates seeking full-time positions
• Board certification required (certified, not just eligible)
• BLS certification required
• Must be licensed in MD or hold Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) qualification
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
• Fellowship (3 years) expected
• Position starting 3/23/2026 with ongoing assignment potential
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
