Clinical Role:

- Patients per shift: 12-14
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Board Certified, BLS
- Benefit and Compensation details:
- Salary: $420,000 to $480,000 depending on experience
- Earning potential: Additional 10% of base salary + Production incentive
- RVUs: Threshold of 4,737; $95 conversion factor
