Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician

Requirements
Monday - Friday clinic schedule (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
36 hours of weekly patient contact with possibility of 4.5-day work week
Outpatient volume: 12-15 patients per day
Call: 1:3 weekdays, weekends, and holidays (includes weekday time off after weekend call)
Manage a range of solid tumor and hematologic conditions including:
- Breast, lung, colon, rectal, and prostate cancers
- Benign hematology conditions
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
