Opportunity:
Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology position with potential for permanent placement
• Coverage period from March 2026 to March 2027
• Practice consists of 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
• Manage approximately 30 outpatient visits per day
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and manage VAD/CV catheters
• Participate in Tumor Board meetings
• Manage bone marrow transplants
• Order tests, work with blood bank, and order imaging studies
• Prescribe and manage administration of chemotherapy
• Utilize EPIC documentation system/EMR
• Must have board certification through AMBS/AOA
• Active Indiana state license required
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days with Indiana license, 90 days without
• Travel expenses reimbursed: flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
