This role offers a balanced outpatient/inpatient schedule, a strong referral base, and the ability to practice full-spectrum oncology and hematology across two well-established clinic sites. Position Highlights

  • Community-based Hematology & Oncology practice
  • 2.5 clinical days per week in San Andreas + 2 days in Stockton (1-hour commute)
  • Clinic volume: ~15 patients/day; breast, lung, prostate & general oncology
  • Weekday call: 1:6 (one week at a time) with average 7-12 inpatients
  • Weekend call: 1:8 (Fri-Sun), same inpatient census
  • Hospital call covers one hospital only for efficiency
  • Significantly reduced clinic load during call week (4-5 patients in afternoons)
  • Guaranteed $600,000+ in Years 1-2 (salary + guaranteed bonus)
  • Production bonus allows income to reach $600K-$610K+
  • Partnership track: Year 3 track, full partner by Year 5
  • No cash buy-in; AR value handled through future productivity
  • Group of 7 physicians, 7 NPs, and 140 total employees
  • Exceptionally stable group-only one physician departure in 30 years
