Hematology/Oncology in Saginaw, Michigan

3 or 4-Day Workweek |Sign-On Package | Remote Work Option | Academic Engagement Available


A mission-driven cancer care program in Saginaw, Michigan is looking for a Hematology/Oncology physician who wants flexibility, manageable volume, and the ability to shape a practice around their goals. With an average of 10 to 15 patients per day, hybrid work options, and a choice between Saginaw and Sault Ste. Marie, this is one of the more customizable hem/onc roles in the Midwest.


Practice Details


  • Collaborative cancer care team, including oncologists, nurse practitioners, and experienced support staff
  • Choice of practice location in Saginaw or Sault Ste. Marie with flexible coverage models
  • Average daily volume of 10 to 15 patients with access to on-site infusion centers and multidisciplinary tumor boards
  • The program supports both community-based care and academic engagement, including teaching, research, and education

Schedule


  • Flexible three or four-day workweek options
  • Hybrid models available with the option for some remote work
  • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding with a minimal call structure
  • Opportunities to participate in teaching, research, or education based on interest
