A mission-driven cancer care program in Saginaw, Michigan is looking for a Hematology/Oncology physician who wants flexibility, manageable volume, and the ability to shape a practice around their goals. With an average of 10 to 15 patients per day, hybrid work options, and a choice between Saginaw and Sault Ste. Marie, this is one of the more customizable hem/onc roles in the Midwest.
Practice Details
- Collaborative cancer care team, including oncologists, nurse practitioners, and experienced support staff
- Choice of practice location in Saginaw or Sault Ste. Marie with flexible coverage models
- Average daily volume of 10 to 15 patients with access to on-site infusion centers and multidisciplinary tumor boards
- The program supports both community-based care and academic engagement, including teaching, research, and education
Schedule
- Flexible three or four-day workweek options
- Hybrid models available with the option for some remote work
- Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding with a minimal call structure
- Opportunities to participate in teaching, research, or education based on interest
