Hematology/Oncology Openings – El Paso, TX Position Details: * FT, permanent positions * Seeking several experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians to lead the medical oncology practice. * Outpatient clinic co-located with the infusion center and shared space with the cancer navigation team and physical therapy. * Hospital offers in-house labs, imaging, oncology pharmacy, pathology, and collaborative tumor boards. * Schedule: 32 patient contact hours per week * Outpatient Support: Patient care tech, clinical coordinator, office coordinator, ~6 chemo nurses, oncology pharmacist, certified cancer navigators * Inpatient Support: Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions, established general and oncology surgeons (breast, thyroid, colorectal, liver) on staff * Minimum of 5+ years’ experience required Benefits Details: * Salary guarantee plus wRVU-based incentive plan * Relocation assistance * Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, deferred compensation, 401k) * Malpractice insurance * CME allowance Candidate Requirements: * MD/DO degree * Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology * Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain one * Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Hospital Overview: Largest health network in El Paso, Texas, providing comprehensive, high-quality care across multiple facilities.
