Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth (both inpatient & outpatient required)
Reason for Coverage: Vacancy – Maternity/Paternity

Perm provider is ongoing on maternity leave.

Coverage needed: ASAP - March 15 and possibly longer/ ongoing

Coverage is needed 4 weeks per month

Will consider a provider who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month

Provider Details:

• Board Certification: Required; Fellowship required
• Licensure: No specific license required open IMLC or No License
• Privileges: Hospital privileges required (temporary privileges not available)

Clinical Details:

• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
• Coverage Needed: Ideally fulltime 4 weeks per month

Will consider a provider who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month

• Schedule: Clinic + Weekday call (clinic hours 8a-5p; time for lunch) Daily hours are 8.5 hours per day.
• Call: 24 hour call on weekends
• Call: Beeper; response within 20 minutes; covers both inpatient and outpatient
• Rounding: Both
• Patients per Shift: Variable
• Bed Availability: 0 in department (supporting both inpatient & outpatient)

Support Staff Provided:

• RN: 1 | MA: 1 | PA/NP: 1
• APP coverage in the hospital and clinic
• Teaching/Resident supervision required
• Nurse navigator support, Supportive and Palliative Care team support, onsite Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center

EMR System: Cerner
Trauma Level: 1 | Pediatrics Level: 3
