Care Setting: Includes clinic, hospital, and supportive care
Shift Details: Clinic + Weekday call, 24-hour call on weekends
Key Requirements
Licensure: Must be Board Certified or Board Certification Eligible
Certifications: BLS required
Experience and Skills: Hematology Oncology
Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
