I’m reaching out about an excellent Hematology/Oncology opportunity with a well-established and growing cancer care program affiliated with a nationally recognized center. This role offers exceptional earning potential, strong multidisciplinary support, and a balanced practice model that prioritizes quality of care.
Position Highlights:
- Average 15–18 patients per day (optional higher volume)
- Dedicated inpatient and outpatient APP coverage
- Collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
- Clinical trial access through cancer center affiliation
- 80% oncology / 20% benign hematology mix
- EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $550K–$600K (Years 1–2), increasing to $650K (Years 3–5)
- Quality bonuses and WRVU productivity incentives
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment available
- $5,000 CME allowance and comprehensive benefits
- 5-year guaranteed contract for stability and long-term growth
- Call Schedule:
- 1:5 call rotation (moving toward 1:7)
- Hospitalists admit patients; inpatient APPs provide daily coverage
