### Hematology/Oncology in Pennsylvania - Visa Eligible
Located in DuBois, PA - Pittsburgh 100m
Full Time; Permanent Position

### Practice Details:
* Collaborative team that includes 2 hematology/oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
* Split time between Acute Care Hospital in Clearfield and the Regional Cancer Center in DuBois
* Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, and blood cancers
* Support staff includes onsite RN supervisor and oncology certified or eligible RNs
* Shared call coverage with physician group
### Comp/Benefits:
* Base salary $645,000 - 680,000
* wRVU incentives
* 75k Educational Loan Assistance
* 403b + 4% match
* 50k sign-on
* 10k relocation
* 3k + 40 hours annually for CME
