Overview:
* Join a collaborative team of 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers
* Multidisciplinary practice providing comprehensive Hematology and Oncology care
* Split time between a new-site location and an established regional cancer center
* Services include immunotherapy, chemotherapy and management of solid tumors and blood cancers
* On-site RN supervisor
* Oncology-certified or oncology certification-eligible nursing staff
* Shared call coverage with the physician group
* Strong multidisciplinary support and access to comprehensive cancer services
* Opportunity to serve a large regional patient population throughout north-central Pennsylvania

Comp/Benefits:
* $890,000 base salary guaranteed for 2 years
* WRVU tier compensation plan after year 2
* $100,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over 3 years
* $75,000 educational assistance, provided over a 5-year term
* $10,000 relocation assistance
* $3,500 annual CME allowance
* 40 hours of CME time annually
* 25 days PTO
