We’re excited to share a Hematology/Oncology opportunity with a State of the Art Cancer Research and Treatment Center (JACC) in West Texas — a thriving program focused on growth and succession planning.
💰 Compensation Package:
- $650,000 base salary + RVU bonus

- Collaborative Team: 7 Hem/Oncs, Surgical Oncologist, 4 Rad Oncs, Gyn Onc, Thoracic Surgery, Colorectal, Neurosurgery + strong community physician network
- Cutting-Edge Care: FACT-accredited, CAR-T therapy program, Gamma Knife, SBRT/SABR, genomic profiling, immunotherapy, and access to top clinical trials
- Balanced Schedule: Mon–Thurs full clinic days, Friday AM only; hospitalist team covers inpatient care
- Support You Deserve: Dedicated APP for each physician, plus nurse navigators, genetics, nutrition, social work & clinical trials staff
- Call: Shared equally, ~1 weekday per week + 1 weekend every 4–6 weeks
