Responsibilities
o Specialty:
- Hematology/Oncology
o Clinic, Call, or Both:
- Outpatient clinic visits, after hours call coverage
- See patients (in person or virtual) from 8a-4p, inbasket coverage, telephone call only for established patients 4p-8a.
o Clinic Volume:
- Approximately 25 patients per day
o Schedule:
- Orientation: September 1, 2025
- Orientation rate: flat rate of $500.00 for 4 hours or less of orientation. For orientations that go longer than 4 hours, the flat rate will be $1,000.
- Dates needing coverage: September 2 -5 and September 8 & 9
- Week Day Clinic: 8am– 4pm with telephone call only for established patients 4pm - 8am.
o Cases/Procedures:
- No surgeries or procedures required
o Clinical support:
- APP in Practice
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
- EPIC/Dragon
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
- BC/BE
- BLS
o Case Logs:
- 24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 month
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
- MI license only due to tight turnaround
o Credentialing Timeframe:
- Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
