This healthcare facility is a respected medical center in central Wisconsin offering comprehensive oncology services. The facility features modern equipment including Intellidose TxM systems and collaborates with a network of healthcare providers including a location in Stevens Point, ensuring integrated patient care across the region.
Opportunity: Locums HEMOC
Job Details:
- Full-time, ongoing position starting ASAP in Weston, with outreach to Stevens Point
- Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
- Outreach to Stevens Point required 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- Will work alongside one other department oncologist and 3 NPs
- Call responsibilities include 2 weeks per month, taken in 1-week blocks and shared with others in the system
- Radiation oncology services available on-site
- Procedures include bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemotherapy
- Patient volume ranges from 10-20 encounters per shift
- Must utilize "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS
- Board certification or eligibility required
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
- Estimated 60-day credentialing timeframe with clean file
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
