Facility:
This facility is a COC accredited Cancer Center with an 18-bed chemotherapy suite housed under the same roof as radiation oncology. The center offers weekly tumor boards and clinical trials including Phase 2 and 3 studies. It's a Level 4 trauma facility with dedicated pharmacists who provide educational starts for chemotherapy treatments.

Job Details:
- Coverage needed from October 30 to November 30, with additional weeks in December
- Full coverage 5 days/week with some weekend call
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Weekend call: 24-hour coverage
- Some weekday call to be shared with employed providers
- Call responsibilities include answering RN questions about patients, addressing concerns from patients receiving chemotherapy, and minimal ED consults
- Maximum 17 patient encounters per shift
- Support staff includes Medical Assistants (1) and several RNs
- EMR system: Mosiaq
- BLS certification required
- 45-day full credentialing timeframe
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
