Position Highlights: * Full-time (1.0 FTE) position based in Cambridge, Ohio * Join a collaborative team that includes: * 1 Radiation Oncologist * 2 Advanced Practice Providers * Primary Hematology/Oncology provider at the practice * Outpatient clinic volume: approximately 15 patients per day * Case mix: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology * Most common oncology cases: breast and colon * Schedule: * 4.5 days of clinic * 0.5 administrative day * Option to incorporate 2 telehealth days per week * No call required * New, modern cancer center opened in 2021 Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary * Starting bonus * Student loan repayment assistance * Retention and relocation bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package including: * Time away pay (vacation, holidays, and sick time) * CME allowance and dedicated CME time * Wellness programs and professional support resources * Epic EMR system * Access to physician leadership training and ongoing development resources * Supportive administrative and clinical leadership committed to physician success
