Hematology/Oncology Physician – Join a Leading Cancer Care Team
Ready to make a real impact in patients’ lives—while working with a supportive, forward-thinking team? Mid-Michigan's top cancer care provider is a recognized leader in oncology services, consistently ranking in the top 10% nationally for patient experience. They are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Hematology/Oncology Physician to join them in delivering exceptional cancer care across multiple community locations.
Our Cancer Care Center brings everything under one roof—radiation therapy, chemotherapy, infusion, palliative care, and breast health services—all delivered with compassion and cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Providing top-tier cancer care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
-
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes oncologists, surgeons, radiation specialists, and APPs
-
Participating in tumor boards and contributing to ongoing research and clinical excellence
-
Engaging with local communities to improve access to high-quality oncology services
Where You’ll Work:
You’ll rotate between several modern, fully equipped facilities that offer:
-
Advanced linear accelerators and precision imaging (CT, PET)
-
Comfortable infusion bays and on-site pharmacies
-
Comprehensive outpatient services—IV therapy, port care, PICC lines, labs, and more
-
Low-dose CT lung screenings and 3D mammography available across locations
Each site is designed with patient comfort in mind—and built to support the kind of care you’re proud to deliver.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan
-
A team player who’s committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
-
Willingness to travel between clinic sites as needed
What We Offer:
-
Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
-
Sign-on bonus and relocation support
-
Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, retirement plans
-
Paid time off + CME allowance
-
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
What makes this a great opportunity:
You’ll join a collaborative, mission-driven team that values your expertise and supports your growth. We’re also affiliated with a regional medical school, so there are opportunities to teach and stay engaged with the academic side of medicine if you choose.
And outside of work? You’ll live in a welcoming community with a low cost of living, access to nature, four-season recreation, and plenty of arts, culture, and family-friendly amenities.
