Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Call: Weekend call rotation (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)

Clinic Volume: 18–20 patients/day

Clinic: July 21–24, Aug 25–28, Sep 2–4, Sep 15–19, Oct 13–17, Nov 3–6, Dec 8–12

Primary Call: July 25–28, Aug 29 – Sep 1, Sep 5–8, Oct 4–6, Nov 7–10

Call Coverage: Primary call shared with providers; APPs as back-up

Requirements:

Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC

Board Status: BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency completion)

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA issued)

Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
