Facility:

This is a well-established Hematology and Oncology Clinic providing comprehensive cancer care services to the community. The facility features 9 exam rooms and operates as part of a Level 2 trauma center. The clinic is designed to offer both specialized cancer treatments and supportive care in a patient-centered environment.

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day
• Treating a combination of Hematology and Oncology patients
• Managing various types of cancer cases
• Acute Leukemia patients typically referred to Dana Farber in Boston
• Post-transplant management of Bone Marrow/Stem Cell patients
• In-office procedures include Bone Marrow Biopsy and Spinal Tap/Intrathecal Chemo
• On-call responsibilities during non-business hours (before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM)
• Weekend and holiday call coverage in a 1-in-4 rotation
• Calls primarily for outpatients with occasional calls from ED providers and hospitalists
• Board certification eligible minimum requirement
• Fellowship required
• BLS certification required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
