Hematology/Oncology Physician Opening in Alexandria, LA Located centrally in Louisiana, just 3.5 hours from New Orleans and Houston Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Role: Health Network is seeking a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician to join its well-established Hem/Onc team in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Position Highlights: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm; Friday 8am-2:30pm IP / OP: Inpatient consults only; outpatient practice (IP NP staffed to work up IP and ER consults) Patient Volume: 16-20 patients per day in the clinic Call: Shared J-1 Sponsorship: Available Benefits Include: Competitive Salary Sign-On Bonus Relocation Allowance Comprehensive Medical and Dental Insurance Professional Liability Insurance 403(b) Matched Savings Plan Identity Protection Program Requirements: Must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Hematology/Oncology.
