A physician-led Hematology/Oncology practice is opening a new location in Kissimmee to meet growing demand for cancer care across Central Florida. This is an opportunity to help establish the practice from the ground up with infusion services, referral support, marketing resources, and the backing of an experienced oncology organization. Additional established locations are also available throughout Florida, with continued expansion planned.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Monday-Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• Rotating weekends once hospital affiliations are established
• Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives
• $50K sign-on bonus
• Equity in the form of stock, granted annually
• $650K-$800K possible once established
• Full benefits package, including PTO, 7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays, and CME allowance
• Relocation assistance up to $15K

Candidate Parameters

• Board-certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Eligible for a Florida medical license
• Experienced physician, as this is a new clinic opening
• Comfortable in a traditional outpatient Hem/Onc model
