Position Overview

One of the premier free-standing cancer centers on the West Coast is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join its established, physician-led practice. The fully integrated cancer center provides comprehensive hematology and oncology services, advanced treatment technology, clinical trials, and an ongoing collaboration with UCLA.


Position Highlights

· Fully integrated Hematology/Oncology practice

· Approximately 60% Hematology and 40% Oncology patient mix

· Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

· Established patient volumes with immediate demand

· Approximately 20+ patients per day

· 30-minute new patient consultations and 15-minute follow-ups

· Current 1:6 call, improving to 1:8 with full staffing

· Chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and surgical oncology coordination

· Advanced technology including PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and CyberKnife

· Clinical trials and ongoing UCLA collaboration


Compensation & Benefits

· $850,000 total compensation potential

· Base salary + RVU production incentives

· Sign -on bonus and relocation assistance
