Job description
A large West Virginia-based healthcare system is seeking a Medical Oncologist for an outpatient practice setting. This community hospital is a 247-bed facility serving a 10-county region in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia.
About the Practice:
- The office is currently staffed with 1 Hem/Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
- 4-day clinic and 1-day admin
- On-site infusion center
- Average 15-20 patients/day
- No Call (24/7 hospitalist)
- Community practice with Academic Appointment through WVU
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary $550,000 + productivity bonus
- Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus
- Relocation allowance
- PTO – 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays
- CME – 5 days off/$6,000 allowance
