Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Boone, NC
Join a team of experienced Hem/Onc physicians and APPs in a cutting-edge facility with on-site radiation oncology. With a not-for-profit healthcare system.
Work-Life Balance:
4-day workweek with primarily outpatient care, offering a balanced lifestyle in a scenic region known for outdoor activities and a relaxed community atmosphere.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $600k+, $50k sign on
- Average 14 patients/day (70% oncology/30% hematology)
- 403 (b) retirement plan with employer match
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage
- 6 weeks paid vacation/CME, $4,000 annual CME stipend
