Permanent or Long-Term Hem/Onc Provider in beautiful Southern Washington
*Location: Walla Walla, WA
*Start date: ASAP
*End date: Ongoing
*Setting: Clinic/Hospital Outpatient/Inpatient
*Schedule/Coverage: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm + Call: 1:2 clinic, hospital/ER nights & weekends; also open 5 a 4 day work week - Tuesday - Friday
*Caseload: 98% in clinic, 2% in hospital; 100% Oncology; 15 patients per day
*Salary:
- Permanent - Base, without bonus = $520,000; Potential = $600,000 - Base + value based compensation
- CMEs - Cover 5 days per year from discretionary fund @ $5500 annually
- Relocation Assistance - $15,000
- Member Association Fees - covered
- Malpractice Insurance w/Tail - covered
- Sign on Bonus - $50,000
- Loan Repayment - Qualifies for PSLF
- Bonus & Incentives - Retention $20,000 for 5 years = $100,000 total

*Credentialing/Privileges Timeframe: 60 days
*Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active, Unrestricted License in Washington or attain WA license; IMLC Accepted
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases or large payouts in past 7 years)
- Willingness to relocate
