Oncologist needed in beautiful Northern Arizona; ANY LICENSE ACCEPTED
*Start Date: ASAP
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing, 3 months minimum
*Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Medical Ongology
- Active, unrestricted Medical license in any U.S. State or Territory
- Unrestricted, Clean DEA
- Clean Malpractice/NPDB (no current or unresolved suits or large payouts in past 7 years)
- 3 years of experience
- Proof of Covid Vaccinations, Flu, boosters; Hepatitis B, PPD test, MMR, within 1 year except MMR
- 3-4 clinical references from past 2 years from persons who were at managerial level over provider
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and other certifications
*Shifts/Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8am - 6pm, No Call
*Skills & Procedures: Bone Marrow Biopsy; Chemotherapy/Biotherapy/ Immunotherapy Laboratory Hydration Non-Oncologic Infusions Oncology Case Management Nutritional Counseling Pharmacy and Pharmacy Counseling
*Volume: 10-12 patients per day; 3 Clinic rooms & 6 infusion chairs available (6-10 infusions per day)
*Travel & Housing provided (housing is limited and could require up to 1 hour drive)
*Malpractice Insurance provided
