We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a large multispecialty group in the Bronx. This is a permanent, outpatient-only opportunity with strong referral support and no current call requirement. New graduates are welcome to apply.
H1B visa sponsorship available. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Job Summary
The Hematology/Oncology physician will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.
Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose hematologic conditions and malignancies

Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy

Manage benign hematologic disorders such as anemia, clotting disorders, and thrombocytopenia

Provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care for patients undergoing treatment

Manage treatment-related side effects and complications

Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and primary care providers
-
Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions

Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Stay current with evidence-based oncology guidelines and advancements
Qualifications
-
MD or DO
-
Completion of Internal Medicine residency
-
Completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
-
Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Competitive full-time base salary range: $320,000–$350,000 annually
