• Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist with a minimum of 5 years of clinical and surgical experience.
• Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including outpatient consultations, diagnostic services, and conventional non-robotic surgical procedures.
• Perform both open and conventional laparoscopic gynecological surgeries.
• Manage a broad range of benign gynecological conditions.
• Surgical oncology experience is a plus.
• Position includes a combination of outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical center responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform annual exams and contraceptive counseling.
• Diagnose and treat fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and menopause-related conditions.
• Order and interpret ultrasounds, biopsies, Pap smears, and other diagnostic imaging.
• Manage gynecological cancer patients in coordination with oncology when needed.
• Perform conventional laparoscopic and open surgical procedures.
• Perform hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy, and oophorectomy.
• Perform D&C, endometrial ablation, and tubal ligation.
• Perform pelvic floor repair and prolapse surgery.
• Perform cervical procedures, including LEEP and cone biopsy.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations and informed consent discussions.
• Provide post-operative follow-up and manage surgical complications.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, nursing, surgical teams, and primary care providers.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, surgical risks, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology.
• Active and unrestricted New York medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing Gynecologist.
• Demonstrated proficiency in open and conventional laparoscopic gynecological surgery.
• Experience managing a full scope of benign gynecological conditions.
• Strong surgical judgment and technical skills.
• Fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is preferred.
• Experience with high-risk or complex benign gynecological cases is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Working Hours
• Standard outpatient clinic hours.
• Surgical scheduling based on practice needs.
• Periodic on-call responsibilities.
• PTO includes 4 weeks vacation, 6 paid federal holidays, and up to 7 personal/sick days.
