Gynecology Opportunity – Oswego County, NY
Overview
Located in Oswego, NY; Syracuse 35m; Rochester 70m
Full-time gynecology opening anticipated for Fall 2026
Launching with one physician due to identified community need
Seeking a physician with 2+ years of experience who is comfortable supervising advanced practice clinicians
Employed, outpatient-focused practice in a newly renovated office setting
J1/H1b Visa Sponsored
Schedule & Call
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Outpatient practice
Call requirement includes 7 days of emergency department call per month
Call consists of 5 weekday evenings and 2 weekend days
Weekend call runs from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM
Clinical Scope
Bread-and-butter gynecology with a broad patient population
Diagnose and manage conditions including infections, menstrual disorders, hormone imbalances, and gynecologic cancers
Perform routine exams including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams
Surgical procedures involving the uterus, pelvic organs, and cervix
Robotic surgery available with da Vinci system in the operating room
Technology

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary range of $330,000–$350,000 plus wRVU production model
Sign-on bonus of $25,000
Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 with receipts
Student loan assistance up to $30,000 over the length of the contract, if applicable
Paid time off and CME totaling 34 days, including 6 legal holidays
Annual CME, dues, and licensure allowance of $5,500

Malpractice coverage provided
Estimated pay range/amount is $330,000–$350,000.
