Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $310,000 to start with room to increase
- Additional Bonus Incentives: No Cap Incentive plan with $100,000 RVU bonus potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $60,000
- First Year Earning Potential of $470,000
