A longstanding, physician-owned multispecialty group with 50+ providers and over 40 years of established presence across Northern California is seeking Gynecologists to join their expanding outpatient GYN and GYN surgery team. This group serves multiple thriving communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, offering unmatched practice stability, flexibility, and growth opportunity.
This is an exceptional opportunity for both 2026 Residents/Fellows and practicing physicians—especially those with personal or professional ties to Northern California.
Position Overview
• Outpatient GYN with dedicated GYN surgery
• Mix of clinic, in-office procedures, and OR time
• Multiple practice locations available to fit candidate preference (Sacramento, Napa Valley, Oakland, East Bay)
• Supportive, physician-led environment with full clinical and administrative support
• Very responsive client with fast interview and hiring process
Compensation & Benefits
• Negotiable base salary (starting around $300K)

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience or strong interest in outpatient GYN + GYN surgery
• 2026 Residents/Fellows encouraged to apply
• Practicing physicians with ties to the SF Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, or Sacramento highly preferred
• Excellent communication, patient-centered approach, and team mindset
